Within our personal insurance department (LAA, LAAC, accident benefits, loss of income due to illness), you will be the first point of contact for our clients and you will manage health claims from beginning to end. In your role, you will independently and customer-oriented manage claims files. You will apply regulations according to legal and contractual provisions. You will closely collaborate with our various partners and draft decisions. You will correspond and conduct interviews with the different parties involved in settling a claim (insured parties, employers, medical services, other insurers, etc.). You will identify recourse against liable third parties and other insurers. What you need: Completed commercial training, federal certificate in social insurance, experience in managing claims files. Excellent knowledge of social security and private insurance in Switzerland. Reliable personality, excellent ability to communicate, and professionalism towards clients.
