For one of our clients based in Geneva, a renowned institution, we are looking for a: Head of Litigation Service Permanent position, 100% workload DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION Management and oversight of the service Supervision and HR management of the work team, monitoring of competencies, interviews, and activities of the service in connection with other internal entities Supervision of management tools and monitoring of internal meetings and cross-functional work Monitoring the progress of projects and ongoing processes Litigation management and decision-making Analysis of cases requiring the opening of civil and criminal procedures Complete instruction of damage procedures (analysis of responsibilities, control of accounts, drafting of decisions) Management of complex payment moratoriums and establishment of decisions Preliminary analysis of oppositions and sensitive litigations Drafting, controlling, and management of correspondence and decisions with high legal complexity Handling and follow-up of irrecoverable cases Monitoring of procedures and reporting Follow-up of complex cases, including bankruptcies and proceedings at hearings before courts and criminal authorities Supervision and management of enforcement actions (electronic and manual) Research and analysis of debtors, with a focus on cases with high financial stakes Control of legal quality and analysis of case files and transmission of data flows with accounting and institutional partners In addition to a competitive salary, numerous ancillary benefits complete this offer. jide36856eaen jit0208aen jpiy26aen
