What you can contribute to
- Lead a small, close-knit HR team, competently represent HR topics in management meetings and ensure the smooth running of HR administration
- Effectively implement the current personnel policy at OFPER, develop the corporate culture and work towards organisational development
- Advise and support line managers professionally throughout the HR lifecycle and in change processes
- Carry out personnel cost planning and controlling
- Lead projects and working groups or actively participate in interdisciplinary projects
What makes you unique
- Degree from a university or university of applied sciences complemented by advanced training in human resource management; several years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the federal administration
- Very good knowledge of HR processes; practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
- Excellent advisory and communication skills, ability to support line managers as an equal strategic partner
- High stress resistance, analytical mindset, goal- and results-oriented working method, interest in being part of change agents
- Pragmatic approach to operational tasks
- Very good written and spoken knowledge of two official languages and ideally passive knowledge of the third

Personnel, our business
The Federal Personnel Office (OFPER) is responsible for the personnel policy of the federal administration. It develops the foundations and tools to manage and develop the personnel of departments and administrative units efficiently. It defines the personnel strategy, develops the federal personnel law and manages the human resources of the federal administration. Finally, it offers training and continuing education courses and operates the central computerised personnel management system.
