Missions: You will lead the human resources department of DFAC. You will manage the personnel of DFAC (staff and teaching personnel) from the job posting to resignation/retirement. You will serve as an HR advisor to the Directorate, services, cultural institutions, and school administrations. You will ensure uniform application of HR policies to guarantee the respect for legal principles and equality of treatment. You will manage the accounting to municipalities (distribution of salaries related to teaching staff). Desired Profile: Master's degree or equivalent in HR or complementary experience. Experience in management in the field. Personality with a strong sense of leadership.
