Wishing to develop a professional structure that meets the complexity of human resources management, our client, the municipality of Prilly, is looking for its future HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES (full-time position) Directly subordinate to the Syndic, managing a total workforce of 243 distributed across 12 services, and assisted by a small team of three people, you are ready to lead the HR department, define a personnel policy and a salary policy, and evolve the staff regulations. You will provide advice and support to the Municipality and the services for any personnel management questions, particularly in terms of development and the management of apprentices and their issues. You will also implement measures to prevent tensions in professional relationships, administer the time management system, and actively collaborate with the municipal treasury for all HR budget matters. You bring confirmed HR expertise backed by a successful experience of at least 10 years, ideally gained in a public administration or an organization of similar size, a Federal Certificate of Specialist in Human Resources, social skills such as the ability to engage and unite around projects, a systemic and transversal vision with expertise in project management and support, the ability to write and convince in writing, ease in operating with change, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders of the Municipality.
