To contribute to the success and sustainability of the company, ECOTEC Environnement SA is creating a position for: Geologist/Environmental Engineer Head of the Construction Sector (100%) As an assistant director or experienced manager, reporting directly to management, you play a key role in the development of the company. A true pillar of the built environment sector, you combine a broad vision, leadership, and scientific expertise to support the growth and credibility of the company. In this role, you will take on the following responsibilities:- Oversee environmental studies in the urban field (environmental impact studies, major risks, air protection, management of contaminated sites, hydrogeology, and overseeing impact studies based on project distribution).- Assume project management responsibilities for specific projects, reporting to management regarding assets in the built environment sector. - Lead and scientifically supervise studies, field campaigns, and projects involving multidisciplinary studies.- Actively contribute to studies and the writing of deliverables in accordance with current regulatory requirements.- Manage budgets, resources, and financial follow-up of your projects.- Stay updated on environmental, scientific, regulatory, and economic developments related to the built environment.- Contribute to the company's commercial policy: help achieve commercial objectives for the built environment sector, sustain and grow business volume related to the field.- Proficiency in common tools (ArcGIS, QGIS, etc.).You hold a university Master's degree in geology or environmental sciences, or are an engineering graduate (EPF) in the field of environment, and you possess solid knowledge in environmental impact assessments, with experience in EIA or OPAM risk studies. With an ability to lead, you are comfortable in professional interactions, communicate clearly, inspire with your stance, and encourage team agreement.
