You support our clients via front office telephony and customer service. You assist our clients by phone for requests in the areas of vested benefits, professional pension, debt collection, and service, and transfer more complex requests to the appropriate departments. When the phone is not ringing, you also take care of tasks related to vested benefits and professional pensions that you bring. You have completed your vocational training and have previously worked in a client-oriented company. You describe yourself as a telephone consulting professional who approaches clients with friendliness and solutions. Contacting different people pleases you, and prior knowledge of the second pillar and social insurance is a plus, but not mandatory. You speak and write French fluently and have at least a B2 level in German; oral skills in Italian and/or English would be an advantage. In case of heavy workload, you work in a concentrated, efficient, and precise manner and are a flexible and dynamic person. Why join us?
