ANNOUNCEMENT: DEADLINE: OFFER: Internal/ExternalINFORMATION: Mr. Ponnelle, Business Director, Tel.:MAIN ACTIVITIES:- Lead and define objectives for the different sectors: Restaurant, Catering, Bakery, and Customer Service- Develop a service offering and product development- Establish efficient operations linked to the mission of social-professional support, institutional objectives where everyone can find their place and feel recognized in their work- Manage the team (Social-Professional Masters and Assistants) with the Human Resources department for internships and career advancement for adapted employment- Develop links with partner institutions in the network- Together with the Responsible for Professional Pathways, ensure the quality of social-professional support and contribute to the implementation of the CDPH in relation to the institutional project of recruiting needs, with the Human Resources Directorate and the Business Directorate- Collaborate with the Business Directorate and the Finance Directorate in constructing and monitoring the annual budget of each sector; ensure cost and margin tracking- Identify training needs for beneficiaries and professionals in the sectors- Ensure adherence to procedures in relation to the quality system X- Participate in projects related to their field & EXPERIENCE in the hotel and/or professional sector of over 5 years in a similar roleMISSION:Under the responsibility of the Business Director, develop and coordinate the offer in the food sector by establishing a service offering.
