Director (M/F) MISSION DESCRIPTION The missions Within the Eldora Entity, you will have complete responsibility for managing all activities on the site. You will oversee several sales points, including a VIP restaurant, traditional dining areas, as well as event and banqueting activities. You will ensure the performance and financial stability of each entity while guaranteeing impeccable service quality, in compliance with the high demands of the sector. As a true conductor, you will lead and unite the teams, ensure strict adherence to HACCP standards as well as hygiene and cleanliness standards, and be responsible for daily excellence. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure the coherence, quality, and development of the F&B offer, in a sought-after logic. We are looking for a professional qualified in catering or hospitality, with confirmed experience in a high-end sector.
