MISSION DESCRIPTIONAs part of temporary missions within 4 and 5-star hotels, we are looking for a receptionist capable of providing high-end customer service. You will be responsible for managing the front office, in accordance with the establishment's quality standards, while ensuring the efficient operation of the back office. You will welcome and assist clients elegantly, anticipating their needs and guaranteeing a personalized experience from their arrival to their departure. You will work closely with the various departments of the hotel to ensure effective service and full customer satisfaction. You should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position and possess excellent flexibility and a friendly demeanor, contributing to the prestigious image of the establishment. Your ability to manage and resolve issues efficiently will be a real asset. You must be fluent in French and English; knowledge of a third language is appreciated. Familiarity with the OPERA software is a plus.
