This position provides a valuable first professional experience within a demanding technological environment, where quality, reliability, and performance of solutions are essential for the smooth operation of our activities and the energy transition for sustainable Geneva. As a Test Analyst, you actively contribute to the continuous quality of solutions and internal processes. In this role, you will be involved in: - Writing and executing test scenarios specific to each function; - Participating in the creation and maintenance of the test environment; - Identifying, diagnosing, and qualifying functional or technical anomalies; - Playing an active role in the continuous improvement of testing processes and tools; - Collaborating closely with test managers, developers, and various stakeholders to ensure the final product meets business needs and quality requirements. Your personality and skills You are a curious, methodical, and rigorous person, possessing a team spirit and a keen sense of responsibility. You ideally have: - A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Management of Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent; - Good skills in analysis and writing; - Proven analytical and synthesis abilities; - Basic knowledge in software and testing (preferred, but not required); - A first experience in an internship or work-study in the field of testing or software quality (desired, but not required).
