Responsibilities
The aim of the role is acting
as a real Finance Business Partner of the Plant manager being a foundation for the
business’ decision-making process. You are expected to ensure accuracy of financial statements in line with local accounting standards and to oversee all financial planning and analysis and forecasting performances.
- Collaborating
with managers to develop budgets for the business, and monitoring actual
performance versus budget and report variances to management - Standard
costing - Performing
accurate and timely period closing process - Process
invoicing, payments and payroll activities - Working
closely with departments across the organization, as well as external parties
such as vendors, consultants, customers, auditors - Developing
financial models and cash flow projections - Analyzing
financial results each month to prepare monthly reports for the management
team, Business unit Board and Group Board as well year-end financial
statements - Driving
standardization and digitalization within factory accounting, reconciliation,
master data management, reporting to management
Profile
- Education
in financial and/or economics field - Finance
and/or accounting background - Knowledge
of Swiss GAAP and IFRS principles - Fluent
in Italian and English is a must - German
as an advantage - High
level IT skills (excel, SAP) - Able
to communicate to all levels - Open
minded person with a continuous Improvement mindset - Project
Management skills - Positive,
trustworthy and not afraid to take responsibility - Willing
to learn and develop yourself on the job
