Our client is expanding its team and is recruiting a Financial Analyst / Finance Manager (dependent on experience) who will be responsible for portfolio reporting to investors, financial modelling/analysis and administrative tasks relating to finance and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities

· Fund/Portfolio reporting and administration support: quarterly valuation of portfolio companies, review of financial statements and preparation/writing of quarterly reports and investor memos, manage annual audit process for the funds;

· Financial modelling and analysis: building and maintaining return models, financial and cash flow modelling, updating and maintaining the track record, other required financial analysis;

· Fund launch and fundraising support: updating marketing documents and fund presentations, assisting with investor requests, regulatory issues;

· Investor relations support: coordinating and addressing clients/investor requests, preparing specific reports;

· Operations support: liaising daily with fund administrators and invoicing external providers as needed;

· ESG: investor ESG report preparation, data gathering and analysis;

· Ad hoc analysis and projects.

Description du profil :

Your Profile

· Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, economics, law or a related field;

· ACA, CFA or similar professional qualification relating to finance;

· English native level or perfect command of the language; French is a plus;

· Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in financial institutions related to investments, funds, financial services or accounting;

· Excellent financial modelling skills;

· Strong financial and analytical skills, with a good understanding of legal and regulatory issues;

· Corporate Finance or Transaction Services experience is a plus;

· Accounting knowledge and experience reviewing financial statements, excellent attention to detail;

· Demonstrated diligence, precision, execution and controlling skills;

· Ability to work effectively and inclusively in teams with diverse internal and external stakeholders;

· Flexibility, self-awareness, commercial acumen, good attitude/sense of humour, transparency, perseverance, ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in change, and a can-do attitude.
