Our client is currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to ensure the comprehensive management of a portfolio of institutional properties located in the region. Your daily tasks will include: - Technical management of the properties: monitoring maintenance subscriptions, managing claims, overseeing works, as well as handling invoices and budget control.- Portfolio analysis: regular tracking of movements (vacant, occupied), continuous performance monitoring, and implementation of actions. You will be the main contact for the owner, contractors, and craftsmen and will work in synergy with two Assistants to orchestrate technical management and activities.- Key management: overseeing the premises, handling the entry and exit processes of tenants, dealing with specific issues, and managing disputes while liaising with the relevant authorities.Your profile:- Previous experience in a similar role in Switzerland.- Strong communication skills and negotiation ability.- Enjoyment of both administrative tasks and technical follow-up.- Mastery of tenancy law and good knowledge of building technology.- Excellent spelling and strong writing skills.- Great rigor, team spirit, and the ability to drive with a personal vehicle available.- Comfortable with common office tools.Ready to take on a new challenge and give your career a boost?
