As an Experienced Property Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and professional management of a real estate portfolio. You will play a key role in managing the portfolio and ensuring proper operations. Our client is a significant Swiss investor whose real estate portfolio consists of residential and commercial assets. ResponsibilitiesIn this role, your main activities will include:- Independent management of a mixed portfolio.- Full oversight of the budgeting process and reporting, providing forecasts.- Management of expense statements, invoice control, rent collection, and follow-up on recovery measures.- Supervision of building maintenance: analyzing their condition, managing works, and preserving their value while complying with owner regulations and federal standards.Requirements- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Property Manager in Switzerland.- Experience in a managerial role is preferred.- Strong knowledge of lease and construction law.- Ability to work in a team, enjoy contact with clients, and good interpersonal skills.- Analytical mindset, good stress management, and comfort with numbers.- Excellent command of French.Conditions and Benefits- Excellent working conditions.- Human-sized team. jid517420faen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
