Your mission:- Adhere to safety standards regarding dress code before, during, and after the procedure.- Implement and control the functioning of the endoscope and ensure the availability of medications and narcotics, their orders, traceability, and shelf life.- Ensure the availability of medical supplies, their ordering, and shelf life.- Prepare everything necessary for the examination.- Set up the equipment in the endoscopy room.- Administer sedation under medical orders.- Provide care and monitor the patient's health during the examination, fulfilling your own role and taking charge of pain management.- Assist the physician during the endoscopic examination by implementing traceability of endoscopy procedures.- Label specimens (biopsies, polyps, etc.) and ensure transmission to the specified pathology lab.- Implement the cleaning plan according to the institution’s protocols.- Ensure traceability for the medical equipment of the center and follow up on annual maintenance of equipment.- Participate in updating the quality manual.Your profile and skills:- Nursing degree (HES) or an equivalent title recognized by the Red Cross.- Experience in the reprocessing of endoscopes and propofol injection is a plus.- Excellent ability to work independently and proactively.- Methodical and organized.- Teamwork and discretion are essential.- Respect for institutional norms and procedures.- Capacity to withstand stress.Other:- Work location: Clarens.- Employment type: CDI.- Activity rate: 50% from Monday to Thursday (daytime hours).- Immediate start.- No weekend or night shifts.- Salary according to the salary scale of the canton of Vaud and based on professional experience.We offer you:- An enriching and dynamic environment with top-notch facilities.- A highly stimulating and warm work setting where your talents will be valued, with salary conditions commensurate with your skills.- Complete file with references to be sent to the Human Resources department.
