Missions
- You visit customers, prospects, and leads in your region 1-2 days per week to understand their needs and support commercial activities.
- You build strong, trusting relationships with a specialised customer base.
- You provide customer support for questions regarding your products.
- You conduct market research and benchmarking to support product and business development.
- You develop and implement sales and marketing activities.
- You closely monitor sales and marketing KPIs to ensure good results in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- You create and manage product content and data in our ERP system and on our e-commerce website.
- You support the team while independently and proactively completing your daily tasks.
- You bring ideas and initiatives to strengthen our market position.
- You organise trade fairs and customer events, ensuring smooth communication and a successful customer experience.
Candidate profile
- You have initial successful experience in sales or customer service.
- You have a knack for sales and enjoy regular contact with customers.
- You strongly identify with craftsmanship, animal husbandry, or the equestrian world.
- You enjoy working closely with craftsmen and professionals who rely on your knowledge.
- You feel comfortable working independently but also thrive as part of a small, committed team.
- You bring sales skills and a natural talent for dealing with people.
- You have a good understanding of marketing and are digitally competent (ERP and shop software) and wish to further develop your skills in this area.
- You are open to growing into a leadership or management position as part of our further development.
- You speak fluent German (C1) and French (B2). English is an advantage.
