For our Accès Personnel branch in Bulle, we are looking for a Personnel Consultant specialised in permanent recruitment to support the development of our industrial activity.
Personnel Consultant (M/F) - 100%
Under the direct responsibility of the Director, you develop and retain a portfolio of clients active in the sectors of industry, technology and production. A true HR partner, you support companies in identifying, evaluating and recruiting their future permanent employees.
Thanks to your expertise of the local market and your advisory approach, you identify the best talents, support them throughout the recruitment process and contribute to the sustainable success of the recruitments made.
Your missions:
Business development
- Develop and retain a portfolio of industrial clients in the canton of Fribourg
- Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect the market
- Ensure regular visits to our partners
- Represent Accès Personnel as an ambassador
Recruitment
- Write and publish advertisements on various recruitment channels
- Actively source qualified profiles in the fields of industry, technology and production
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
- Build a pool of qualified talents
- Ensure follow-up of employees placed on assignment
Administration
- Prepare candidate files in accordance with client requirements
- Inform and advise employees on their rights and obligations
- Manage contracts in compliance with legislation
Your profile:
- Proven experience in recruitment or permanent staff placement, ideally in industrial or technical sectors
- Excellent knowledge of the regional economic fabric and industrial professions
- Strong commercial skills and a strong results orientation
- Ease in conducting interviews and evaluating skills
- Service-minded, entrepreneurial spirit and a taste for challenge
- Excellent interpersonal skills and listening ability
- Proficiency in common IT tools
