In a context of strong growth (multiplying clients and projects), we are recruiting a:
Delivery Lead – Wealth Management
Your role
You are responsible for the quality and reliability of delivery at our clients.
Unlike a pure governance role, you intervene at the heart of execution: You structure, frame, arbitrate and secure delivery on a daily basis.
You operate in a multi-client environment (15 to 20 clients in parallel) composed of many short or medium-sized projects requiring responsiveness, prioritisation and rigour.
You easily combine team leadership, operational management and a consultant stance with clients.

Your responsibilities
1. Operational management of delivery (core of the role)
- Supervise several projects in parallel (planning, priorities, quality)
- Frame requirements and validate functional specifications
- Challenge estimates and workload
- Organise testing and validation phases
- Continuously arbitrate between urgencies, priorities and client constraints
You are involved in the details when necessary (validation, analysis, framing)
2. Team leadership & management
- Manage a team of 4 to 7 expert Data and BI consultants.
- Structure delivery practices (methods, documentation, standards)
- Develop the team’s autonomy and rigour
- Establish a culture of demand, reliability and accountability
3. Client relationship & consultant stance
- Act as a key interlocutor with clients
- Lead workshops, project committees and operational exchanges
- Structure communication (reporting, monitoring, anticipation)
- Manage sensitive or critical situations
As an expert and consultant, you simplify complex data issues.
4. Business expertise & banking data
You master the Wealth Management environments and are comfortable to:
- Manipulate and analyse data (SQL, BI logic)
- Understand banking data models
- Engage with business interlocutors (CFO, COO, Risk, Pricing…)
You know at least one core banking system:
- Avaloq (strong plus)
- Olympic, Apsys, Azqore or equivalent
Profile sought
Experience
- 8 to 15 years of experience in a similar role in Wealth Management / Private Banking, specialised Core Banking IT services company
- Proven experience in data / IT / transformation project management
- Experience in team management or coordination
- Experience in a multi-project / multi-client environment
Key skills
- Natural leadership and client credibility
- Strong structuring and prioritisation ability
- Excellent communication (oral and written)
- Ability to go into detail without losing the overall vision
- Very good analytical skills (business data)
SQL required (operational level, no need to be a developer)
