Customer Service Representative F/ALL m/f
Profile sought:
• Minimum category C driving licence mandatory
• Driving licence required
• Residence in Switzerland, ideally between Lausanne and Geneva to facilitate travel to our Duillier site
• No teleworking / home office possible for this position
• Excellent command of French and Swiss German essential
• Person capable of learning quickly and managing several tasks and information simultaneously
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Organised, efficient, quick and stress-resistant personality
• Ability to remain calm and efficient even during busy periods
• Flexible, proactive person capable of adapting quickly to a dynamic environment
Regarding working hours:
• Week 1: 07:30 – 16:30 with 1 hour lunch break
• Week 2: 08:15 – 17:15 with 1 hour lunch break
The hours alternate every other week.
