Call Centre Agent FR & GER / IT or ENG 100%
Tasks :
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding products and services by telephone
- Identify sales opportunities and exploit them as actively as possible
- Arrange appointments for personalised advice
Profile :
- Completed initial training
- Good experience in customer service, call centre or sales
- Fluency in French and German mandatory, or Italian
- Very comfortable with digital technology and quick to familiarise with new systems
- Flexibility regarding working hours (including Saturdays occasionally)
