Our client, an innovative and recognised watchmaking company in the Jura Arc, wishes to strengthen its production department. In this context, we are looking for a:

Mechanical Sector Manager (M/F)

Your responsibilities:

Reporting to the production management, you ensure the management and optimisation of the CNC mechanical sector.

• Lead and coordinate production activities on CNC machines
• Ensure the availability, reliability and performance of the equipment
• Analyse and resolve complex technical issues
• Optimise machining processes (quality, cycle time, yield)
• Supervise and provide technical support to the teams in place
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes
• Work closely with the methods, quality and maintenance departments
• Contribute to the industrialisation of new parts

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as a polymechanic or equivalent training, ideally complemented by higher education
• Proven experience in CNC machining in the watchmaking field, with solid technical expertise
• Very good command of Bumotec, Recomatic and Crevoisier machines
• Excellent skills in CNC setup and programming
• Very good understanding of high-precision machining processes
• Ability to effectively diagnose technical issues and propose sustainable solutions
• Natural leadership and ability to supervise and develop a team
• Hands-on personality, autonomous, rigorous and oriented towards continuous improvement
