As a Mandate Manager, you are the preferred contact for our clients and guarantee the quality of Facility Management services. Thanks to your technical expertise, you coordinate all operational, financial and contractual activities of your mandate portfolio.

Your main responsibilities: Ensure the complete management of FM mandates (hard & soft services) by guaranteeing technical compliance and meeting quality, cost and deadline objectives. Maintain a trusting relationship with clients and ensure their satisfaction. Supervise and coordinate technical and maintenance teams, ensuring reliable execution of interventions. Utilise your strong technical skills (electricity, HVAC, building, minor maintenance) to analyse needs, advise and guide decisions. Manage small to medium-sized works from planning to acceptance, ensuring safety and quality standards. Monitor budgets, analyse results and propose technical and operational optimisations. Participate in continuous improvement and sustainability projects. Ensure compliance with legal, contractual and technical requirements.

What characterises you.

Your profile: Higher technical education (CFC, federal certificate, ES, engineering or FM training with confirmed technical skills). 3 to 5 years of experience in managing FM mandates or contracts, with a strong technical and team management component. Excellent organisational skills and sense of priorities. Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, CMMS, FM platforms). Excellent command of the French language.
