What you will achieve

• Support in further developing the Lean culture in the areas of Operations and Administration
• Assist the Lean Manager in the introduction and application of Lean tools
• Accompany Lean projects in close collaboration with various departments and locations
• Coordinate activities between the different production departments
• Conduct structured analysis and derive measures to increase efficiency and productivity
• Create training materials and conduct employee training sessions
• Ensure the qualitative and quantitative targets of improvement projects are met

What you bring

• Education: Completed degree (University/ETH, FH, HF)
• Field: Process Management
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in Lean Management and implementing improvement processes
• Practical and solution-oriented approach
• Sound knowledge of processes in an industrial company as well as strong analytical thinking skills
• Team orientation, strong communication skills, and high commitment
• Experience and competence in coaching and individual support of employees
• Willingness to travel frequently between different locations
• Native German or French speaker with good knowledge of the other language (at least level B2)
• German (C1)
• French (B1)
