The Junior Portfolio Manager contributes to the management, optimisation and monitoring of the performance of a diversified real estate portfolio. They work closely with the asset management, transactions, finance and real estate development teams.
Junior Portfolio Manager - Real Estate Investment (M/F)

Responsibilities
As a Junior Portfolio Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Participate in monitoring the financial and operational performance of real estate assets
- Analyse key indicators (vacancy rate, rents, yield, cash flow)
- Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports (internal and investor)
- Monitor budgets, business plans and financial forecasts
- Assist in the financial modelling of assets and portfolios (DCF, scenarios)
- Conduct market analyses and benchmarks
- Contribute to the evaluation of investment or divestment opportunities
- Prepare presentations for investment committees and internal meetings
- Coordinate the collection of information from various stakeholders
- Ensure the quality and reliability of portfolio data
Candidate Profile
- University degree (in finance, real estate, economics, law, etc.)
- Initial experience of 2 to 3 years in real estate investment, asset management or audit, ideally in Switzerland
- Good command of Excel and financial modelling tools
- Knowledge of real estate valuation principles
- Financial analysis and synthesis skills
- Rigour and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
- Proactivity and autonomy
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written). German language skills are a strong advantage.
