Responsibilities

As a Junior Portfolio Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Participate in monitoring the financial and operational performance of real estate assets
• Analyse key indicators (vacancy rate, rents, yield, cash flow)
• Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports (internal and investor)
• Monitor budgets, business plans and financial forecasts
• Assist in the financial modelling of assets and portfolios (DCF, scenarios)
• Conduct market analyses and benchmarks
• Contribute to the evaluation of investment or divestment opportunities
• Prepare presentations for investment committees and internal meetings
• Coordinate the collection of information from various stakeholders
• Ensure the quality and reliability of portfolio data

Candidate Profile

• University degree (in finance, real estate, economics, law, etc.)
• Initial experience of 2 to 3 years in real estate investment, asset management or audit, ideally in Switzerland
• Good command of Excel and financial modelling tools
• Knowledge of real estate valuation principles
• Financial analysis and synthesis skills
• Rigour and attention to detail
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
• Proactivity and autonomy
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written). German language skills are a strong advantage.
