Junior Portfolio Manager - Real Estate InvestmentThe Junior Portfolio Manager contributes to the management and monitoring of the performance of a diversified real estate portfolio. They work closely with the asset management, transaction, finance, and development teams.Our client is a major institutional player in the Swiss real estate investment sector.MissionsAs a Junior Portfolio Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:- Participate in monitoring the financial performance and real estate assets- Analyze key indicators (vacancy rates, rents, yield, cash flow)- Contribute to the creation of periodic reporting (internal and for investors)- Monitor budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts- Assist with the financial valuation of assets and portfolios (DCF, scenarios)- Conduct market analyses and benchmarks- Contribute to the identification of investment or divestment opportunities- Prepare presentations for investment committees and internal meetings- Coordinate data collection from various stakeholders- Ensure the quality and reliability of portfolio dataProfile- University degree (in finance, real estate, economics, law)- First experience of 2 to 3 years in real estate investment, asset management, or audit, ideally in Switzerland- Good command of Excel and financial modeling tools- Knowledge of real estate valuation principles- Financial analysis and synthesis skills- Rigor and attention to detail- Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability- Proactivity and autonomy- Good communication and ability to work in a team- Proficiency in French and English (oral and written).
