IT Support Lvl 1/2 - Apple Environment


Our client is a recognised player in the management and support of IT infrastructures.
They operate in distributed environments requiring responsiveness and quality of service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide local technical support across various sites
  • Install and configure Apple equipment (Mac, iPad, peripherals)
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of workstations
  • Assist users in the use of IT tools
  • Manage interventions independently in the field
  • Ensure follow-up of tickets and interventions
  • Collaborate with support teams for complex incidents
  • Guarantee a high level of service quality
  • Participate in the deployment of new IT equipment

Candidate Profile

  • Federal VET Diploma in IT or equivalent training
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support
  • Good knowledge of Apple environments (macOS, iOS)
  • Apple certification is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Organised and rigorous
  • Driving licence and mobility required
  • Residence ideally in the canton of Vaud
  • Team spirit and adaptability
