Description
We are recruiting, for an exclusive mandate, a certified electrical project manager to support one of our clients during a key phase of their development.
Our client is an established technical company, active in high value-added installations, at the crossroads of industry and transport systems.
In a context of growth and expansion of its production capacities, they wish to structure and strengthen their electrical management.
Your role
You hold a central position, both technical, managerial and structuring.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure the quality, safety and compliance of electrical works, while advancing the teams you supervise.
On a daily basis, you manage a team of about five collaborators. You support them, help them develop and ensure the maintenance as well as the development of their skills. You play a key role in regulatory training, notably by ensuring the necessary conditions for passing the OIBT.
Your scope covers both industrial installations and machines and transport systems, which requires strong technical versatility and the ability to reason across varied environments.
At the same time, you are fully involved in a production expansion project. In this capacity, you contribute to technical reflections, planning needs, implementing new installations and integrating them into the existing setup.
Your daily work is split between the field and coordination.
You are present with your teams. You supervise, arbitrate, explain, transmit. You ensure that interventions are carried out respecting safety rules, current standards and quality requirements. You take the time to upskill your collaborators and to structure a sustainable organisation.
You also intervene on more complex technical aspects: analyses, diagnostics, solution choices, installation validation. Your expertise allows you to secure decisions and be a recognised technical reference.
In connection with other company functions, you actively participate in ongoing and upcoming projects, notably those related to the extension of production capacities. You anticipate impacts, coordinate interventions and support change on the ground.
Your profile
This position is aimed at a professional holding the federal certificate / federal diploma of Master Electrician, with proven experience in Switzerland and ideally in an industrial environment.
You have already supervised teams and appreciate close management focused on people development. You are comfortable with regulatory responsibilities and transmitting requirements related to standards, notably the OIBT.
Your background allows you to intervene confidently both in industrial environments and on complex machines or technical systems.
Structured, reliable and committed, you know how to make decisions, prioritise and support projects over time.
