6-month end-of-studies internship - Junior Project Manager
Preamble
The Environment & Energy department of SPG is a centre of expertise dedicated to energy and environmental issues within a company recognised in the real estate sector.
In a context where energy and environmental issues are becoming increasingly important in the real estate sector, the department's objective is to position regulatory requirements not as a constraint, but as a lever of opportunities. It aims to support owners in the transformation and renovation of their property portfolio, while actively contributing to the energy transition and the fight against climate change.
The department aims to establish itself as a key player, both internally and externally, by developing and diversifying the company's skills, while actively contributing to its visibility and growth.

Your profile:
- Holder of a university degree, ideally from an engineering school with experience in energy or construction,
- Interest in real estate, environment and energy,
- Curiosity, analytical mind, tenacity and rigour,
- Good interpersonal and writing skills,
- Excellent presentation,
- Team spirit and initiative, ethics, transparency and commercial sense.
Required skills:
- Higher education (HES, EPFL, HEPIA) in progress or completed,
- Basic knowledge of building physics, building energy and sustainable construction,
- Basic knowledge of SIA standards (SIA 180, 380/1 etc.),
- Basic knowledge of technical installations (Heating-Ventilation-Air Conditioning-Electricity) of a building,
- Basic knowledge of energy calculations and use of LESOSAI software,
- Basic knowledge of sustainable construction labels (SNBS, Minergie-Eco etc.),
- Experience in real estate, construction or a technical consulting office,
- Proficiency in common IT tools (Microsoft 365, Copilot, Chat GPT),
- Excellent command of French (oral or written), good skills in English.
Your main objectives:
Within our environment and energy team, you will have the opportunity to concretely discover the setup and monitoring of real estate operations, notably through the following tasks:
- Contribution to the realisation of energy audits within renovation projects (CECB Plus),
- Technical and operational support for projects aiming to obtain energy labels (HPE, Minergie, etc.) or sustainable construction certifications (SNBS, Minergie-ECO),
- Participation in the realisation of carbon assessments on construction projects,
- Participation in the development and management of the SIG Eco21 programme,
- Energy monitoring of the managed property portfolio,
- Technical coordination with specialised contractors,
- Contribution to the implementation of sustainable development principles in the company’s social and environmental policy,
- Participation in the development of the department, including process improvement, data capitalisation and integration of artificial intelligence tools.
