- Work closely with existing teams to ensure appropriate support for the individuals concerned
- Develop and implement educational and social projects aimed at promoting autonomy, personal development and the fulfilment of individuals
- Ensure regular monitoring of progress and difficulties encountered by the people supported, maintaining effective communication with multidisciplinary teams

- Activity rate: variable according to your availability
- Contract type: temporary assignments (with the possibility of progression to permanent contracts depending on needs and structures)
- Location: canton of Vaud, with assignments based on the specific needs of partner institutions
EXPECTED PROFILE
- Diploma of educator ES or HES or equivalent qualification with SEFRI recognition required for foreign qualifications
- Significant prior experience in educational support for people with disabilities, psychiatric patients or children/adolescents in difficulty
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
