What you will accomplish

• Provide user support and system operation
• Configure the systems
• Check data integrity, goods movements, and supplier invoicing
• Analyse, summarise and monitor inventories for supermarkets, restaurants, gastronomy and caterers
• Manage tools under CCR responsibility (Mofip, E-RPA, printers, Webbo, APR)
• Configure and manage POS systems (cash registers, equipment orders)
• Actively participate in large-scale projects at both cooperative and national levels
• Manage projects on specific CCR sector issues
• Follow up project meetings, communicate and disseminate key elements internally

What you bring

• Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
• Specialisation: CFC in commercial employee or equivalent training
• Professional experience: Experience in administrative field
• Good teamwork skills
• Structured, conscientious and precise
• Solution-oriented
• Proficient with standard Office 365 tools
• Knowledge of SAP Retail and Migros store management systems
• French (B1)
• German (A2)
