Deputy Director of the Health and Social Department of CPNE at 90% CPNE102 Service of (SFPO) - Neuchâtel Professional Center (CPNE) The CPNE is the reference player in professional offers in the canton of Neuchâtel. We provide training and support in various levels of vocational training (initial, higher, and continuing education). Your missions As a member of the management team, you support the director in managing activities as well as in monitoring pedagogical tasks and the program. You are responsible for AFP and CFC pathways in the health field. In this role, you implement strategies and plan the school year in collaboration with stakeholders while ensuring the quality of teaching and educational plans. You participate in the recruitment of teachers, organize replacements, monitor student progress, and contribute to the establishment and follow-up of the budget while considering the constraints set. You carry out your activities in compliance with the guidelines and processes outlined in the X -Environment-Safety (QES) system and collaborate in the development of the quality system. In addition, you complement your role as deputy director with a 10% teaching load, thus forming a full-time position, including the management position. Profile You hold a degree at HES or ES level in a health-related field complemented by a teaching diploma in vocational education. You have solid experience in team leadership and teaching at the secondary level. You possess excellent skills and are self-sufficient to carry out your missions with rigor, even under pressure. Furthermore, you have a very good level of French, demonstrate great ease, and can integrate easily within a management team. To enhance your skills, you are willing to undertake the management training for institutions (FORDIF) currently in progress. You reside in Switzerland in accordance with the legal requirements for function holders.
