ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY On behalf of one of our clients, a Foreman - Deep Drilling (Geothermal) ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY On behalf of one of our clients, a major player in the fields of specialized construction and underground work in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Foreman in deep drilling to work on projects related to geothermal energy. In a demanding technical environment, you will play a key role in supervising drilling activities on site, liaising with the various stakeholders of the project. Foreman - Deep Drilling (Geothermal) YOUR MISSIONS - Supervise drilling, utilities, and safety zones - Coordinate logistics, site access, and the reception of equipment - Manage the teams present on site - Plan schedules, priorities, and ensure overall site safety - Enforce safety rules and guidelines - Report any incidents or non-conformities - Participate in daily inspections and safety briefings - Ensure communication between the driller, the superintendent, and specialists - Monitor activities outside of drilling (assembly, handling, fluids, maintenance) - Manage stocks, consumables, and supplies - Monitor deliveries and incidents - Write daily activity reports WHAT YOU BRING - Technical background in drilling, civil engineering, or equivalent - Minimum 5 years of experience in drilling, civil engineering, or geothermal energy - Strong skills in field and site management - Acute sense of safety and attention to detail - Fluent in French, technical English desired - Comfortable with the tools WHAT WE OFFER - 5 weeks of vacation - Parking space - Company restaurant - Christmas party with families - Jubilee bonuses (every 5 years) - Partner childcare network (nearby daycare) - Fitness Park Large company with a SME-type operation Management present on site and accessible Good atmosphere, numerous projects Sites with a strong technological component jid242e8f2aen jit0208aen jpiy26aen
