Enchant.Culinary Ambassador in Préverenges 50% (m/f/d)In this exciting role, you design and host our culinary events, courses, and within our Taste Gallery in Préverenges in a professional manner. You enchant our customers with our high-end products, create refined culinary experiences, and advise them with expertise and attention to detail. You work independently, actively support the sales team, and contribute to retaining our customers during events in the daytime, in the evening, or on weekends.Type of contract: PermanentWorkload: 50%Tasks and ResponsibilitiesStrengthen our motivated team in western Switzerland, at the Préverenges site, for varied missions in the field of specialized advice:- Organize and host culinary events and cooking classes in the Taste Galleries (showrooms), as well as at exhibitions and trade shows.- Present our high-end products professionally and masterfully.- Create refined culinary dishes and offer personalized customer advice based on solid expertise.- Prepare the events independently and follow up with customers with energy and commitment, whether during the day, in the evening, or on weekends.- Support the sales team effectively and reinforce customer satisfaction during events.- Provide technical advice and personalized support on appliances during interactive demonstrations.- Promote the customer experience through engaging and interactive presentations, highlighting our expertise.An exciting position at the Swiss leader in household appliances, with an indefinite duration contract and working conditions.
