You will be responsible for the preparation and creation of dishes according to recipes and quality standards (gourmet cuisine)

• Develop tasty menus that combine tradition and modernity (various VIP lounges).
• Ensure the careful preparation and presentation of dishes with attention to detail.
• Optimise kitchen processes while respecting food safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to guarantee smooth and impeccable service.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of recipes and cooking techniques.
• Team spirit, organisation and flexibility will be major assets for this position.
• Continuous hours in a collective setting from Monday to Friday

• The ideal profile is a person with strong culinary creativity, capable of offering memorable taste experiences. A good ability to work under pressure while respecting hygiene standards is essential. Team spirit and the willingness to learn and adapt are valuable qualities. A particular sensitivity to product quality and guest satisfaction is expected. Desired qualities:
• Cook CFC or equivalent qualification
