Community Health and Care Assistant The Résidence du Léman in Corseaux, a medico-social establishment with 46 beds, is seeking a Community Health and Care Assistant. The position is open equally to men and women. Mission: Ensure, develop, and guarantee the quality of nursing and paramedical care. Provide technical care required for the role of ASSC. Actively participate in interdisciplinary teamwork. Ensure resident well-being by providing basic care. Promote teamwork spirit. Contribute to the development of the Quality approach. Understand nursing care processes and actively collaborate in implementing individual support projects. Your profile: Holder of a federal certificate of competency (CFC) as a Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC). Proficient in the SADIES software. At least X years of experience as an ASSC, ideally with responsibilities. We offer: Daytime hours with the possibility of 12-hour shifts. Opportunities for further training.
