Assistant in Community Health and Care La Rozavère brings together three medical-social establishments (EMS) as well as a housing structure (SPAH). Join us to be at the heart of the action! YOUR MISSION In your role, you supervise, plan, and provide care to our residents, taking into account their desires, care objectives, and medical orders. Under the supervision of your nursing colleagues, you will manage a sector alongside the resident, their relatives, and the interdisciplinary team, optimizing their support. Moreover, you identify the specific needs of each resident considering their health condition and communicate the relevant information during meetings, contributing to continuous improvement. You supervise our nursing assistants, apprentices, and students, as well as our PROFILE Holder of a CFC as a nursing and community care assistant or an equivalent degree. You have professional experience in a healthcare or hospital sector, good listening skills, a team spirit, and you are reactive and take responsibility.
