The Aigues-Vertes has been committed for many years to the inclusion and social support of people living with intellectual disabilities. It offers a living and working environment conducive to the development of personal, social, and professional skills, respecting the autonomy and dignity of each individual. In this framework, it manages a living and working space, in the form of a village, located in the municipality of Bernex, welcoming residents and external beneficiaries and promoting an inclusive, human, and professional approach. To strengthen its team, Aigues-Vertes is looking for a: Assistant in Community Care and Health. Your mission is to provide support and monitoring for a group of aging individuals living with intellectual disabilities and associated psychiatric disorders or autism spectrum disorders (ASD). You will organize and animate, within a multidisciplinary team, the daily life of these individuals and contribute to their support. You will assist the team with basic care tasks, follow prescribed treatments, and provide necessary care. You will maintain, anticipate, and prepare for the necessary care for the patients. You will ensure the follow-up of auxiliary means and beneficiaries as well as technical acts related to the duties of a member of the nursing team. You must hold an ASSC diploma and have confirmed experience in the field of disability and/or with an elderly public. You are constructive, flexible, and versatile; you can work autonomously, in a team, or in a network. You are proficient with standard tools and hold a driver's license.
