To meet the numerous challenges, HIB is looking for a: Community Health and Care Assistant at 50% to 100%. Your mission: • Collaborate closely with the nursing team in taking care of patients. Accompany them in a responsible and autonomous manner for aspects of care related to daily living activities (personal hygiene, assistance with meals). • Ensure the execution and monitoring of care delegated by the nursing team. • Carry out medical-technical acts in stable care situations. • Perform logistical tasks related to your activity, mainly concerning the care of patients. You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in Community Health and Care (ASSC) or a title deemed equivalent recognized by the Red Cross. You are comfortable with tools and familiar with the Soarian software. Possessing a great ability to work in a team, you demonstrate rigor and responsibility in your tasks.
