We are seeking a CNC Mechanic Adjuster for our client, a prestigious watchmaking manufacturer from the Neuchâtel Mountains to strengthen their team (M/F). CNC Mechanic Adjuster in 2x8 shifts (M/F). You possess a CFC as a Mechanic, Polymécanician or a recognized qualification with confirmed and conclusive experience in the watchmaking industry of 3 years. You are proactive, methodical, and effective with a good team spirit and a great enthusiasm for taking on new challenges within an ambitious and innovative Manufacturer! Ensure the setup, adjustments on Willemin, Chiron, Bumotec machines for machining steel and gold components for watchmaking. Perform reading of plans, corrections, tooling, launching and monitoring of production as well as maintenance of the equipment.
