We are looking for a permanent position for one of our clients in the Geneva region: CNC Programmer and Setter H/F. CNC Programmer and Setter 5 Axes: Design, develop and optimize machining programs (milling and turning) for watch components (cases, backs, bezels). Strong knowledge of machines such as Willemin, Robotdrill, in production: Ensure the link by actively participating in setup and adjustments. Performance: Strongly engage in the continuous improvement of production ranges, cycle times, and the quality of finished products. Technical Support: Provide technical support to setters and for solving complex problems. Solid CNC CAM skills with GibbsCAM.Required technical expertise: CFC Micro Mechanic, Poly Mechanic, or equivalent qualification. Confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) on 5-axis machines. Essential expertise in Watchmaking. Complete mastery of GibbsCAM X and professionalism. Excellent team spirit and the ability to propose continuous improvements and solutions.
