We are looking for a 50% Client Services Assistant to support a Wealth Manager in their development and business tracking activities. Versatile, rigorous, and possessing an excellent sense of organization, you will thrive in a demanding environment and a key position without direct client contact, contributing to acquisition and support for the Wealth Manager. Tasks include:- Supporting business development: preparing and maintaining prospect lists, tracking ongoing processes, organizing steps to define the most suitable approach for each target, taking into account cultures, usages, sensitivities, and context.- Ensuring complete follow-up of ongoing actions: notes, reminders, assisting the Wealth Manager in meeting preparations (documents, summaries, items to advance), keeping all open topics on the agenda, scheduling appointments, coordinating exchanges, and gathering necessary documents.- Facilitating internal and external meetings.- Acting as a discreet yet indispensable conductor for presentations and keeping the website up to date while ensuring brand consistency.- Participating in managing the company's LinkedIn presence (writing, formatting, follow-up).- Assisting in the design of simple marketing materials: notes, client documents. You should embody the subtlety required for a highly demanding private clientele and possess strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, analytical sense, and discernment. You need to have highly developed emotional intelligence: quickly understanding needs and sensitivities. The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, transitioning smoothly from one topic to another, and comfort in diverse environments is essential; ability to switch between languages if necessary. You should have an excellent command of written French: no mistakes, strict adherence to a professional standard of service, discretion, and professionalism. Flexibility is required.
