Our client is a consulting engineering firm recognized for its technical expertise and commitment to quality, active in the field of civil engineering and construction. Based in Lausanne, it develops a variety of public and private projects, ranging from residential buildings to complex infrastructures, with an approach based on rigor, sustainability, and the scope of strengthening its building department. The firm is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager who can combine project management and calculations while assuming a technical reference role with engineers and junior staff within the team.Civil Engineering Project Manager - Building- Manage and coordinate construction projects (residential, tertiary, public, or industrial buildings).- Conduct studies and calculations of load-bearing structures (reinforced concrete, wood, steel, mixed) in accordance with SIA standards.- Supervise technical monitoring, quality control, and financial oversight of projects.- Mentor, coach, and support engineers, ensuring technical coherence and enhancing the team's skills.- Play an active role in collaboration with architects, project owners, and partner companies.- Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes and the development of technical standards for the department.- Degree in civil engineering from a recognized Swiss institution (EPF, HES or equivalent).- Confirmed experience (at least 5 years) in structural calculations and project management in the building sector in Switzerland.- Excellent command of SIA standards and calculation software (Cubus, AxisVM, RFEM, etc.).- Interest in knowledge transfer and ability to unite a team around common goals.- Rigor, analytical mindset, and capacity to work independently.- Good level of French is necessary. jid2021d06aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
