To strengthen our team, we are hiring immediately or by appointment a Project Manager in Building Technology (M/F).YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead projects related to infrastructure and telecommunications, from design to commissioning.- Design and oversee modern networks (IP, fiber optic, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, security).- Integrate and coordinate building solutions (BMS/BAS, home automation, KNX networks).- Be the key contact between different project stakeholders: project owners, engineers, suppliers, and teams.- Prepare specifications, analyze offers, and actively participate in technological choices.- Ensure monitoring of deadlines, costs, quality, and project risks.- Ensure compliance with IT standards, norms, and cybersecurity requirements.- Support the implementation and provide your technical expertise on deployed solutions.PROFILE:- Higher education in building technology or related field.- Proven experience in project management and mastering networks (IP, fiber optic, network security).- Good knowledge of building systems: KNX networks, home automation solutions, principles of BMS/BAS.- Ability to link IT issues, building technologies, and client needs.- Autonomy and rigor.- Ease and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. jida240330aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
