We are
looking for a committed individual to join our client as CDI - Sales Associate
(W/M). You will be part of a down-to-earth, fair and open environment where

Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact
in the boutique and consistently convey a refined, welcoming brand image - Deliver personalised, high‑quality
service adapted to each client’s culture and personality; ensure a
pleasant and elegant shopping environment - Drive sales across categories
(“universes”) with a focus on product quality, storytelling and service
excellence - Proactively develop and nurture
client relationships during and after the in‑store journey; reach out to
existing and potential clients to share news about products and services - Identify and handle client
enquiries and concerns with empathy, discretion and follow‑through - Contribute to a collaborative
team spirit and uphold boutique standards and procedures
Profile
- Experience: At least 3 years in
client‑facing roles within high‑end/luxury retail (or comparable
hospitality/service excellence environment) - Client focus: Natural passion
for people and service; strong empathy and cultural adaptability - Sales & clienteling: Proven
ability to build long‑term client relationships and go the extra mile for
shared goals - Market insight: Very good
understanding of local clientele and shopping habits - Languages: Fluent English and
German or French (additional languages are an asset) - Team & values: Team‑oriented,
reliable, gracious under pressure; polished communication and presentation - Flexibility: Availability
aligned with retail hours (including weekends, if required)
