Your role

Are you risk averse but risk aware? Do you specialize in compliance, anti-money laundering, investigations, monitoring & oversight?
In your role, you'll:
- support the business in managing compliance risk
- identify unusual business relationships and conduct AML investigations ( including SAR filings)
- be responsible for compliance with the current legal and regulatory standards
- advise management as well as client advisors
- perform second-line-of-defense activities in relation to consequential risks
- ensure risk frameworks are designed well and operating effectively
- deliver independent risk assessment and reports that shed light on our risk profile
- provide business management with controls, tools, training, frameworks, information and insights required to manage risk

Your team

You will be employed by UBS Business Solutions AG CH and will work in the team Business Aligned Compliance Team. We are a team of over 30 compliance officers, responsible for the Wealth Management & Swiss Bank in Romandie. Diversity helps us grow, together. Your expertise

- Swiss degree in law or economics
- ideally 2-4 years of experience in a compliance function within a bank in Switzerland
- analytic, with the ability to provide practical solutions for minimizing risk
- result-oriented and assertive (you don-t shy away from challenging situations)
- a strong communicator, team player, who works well under pressure
- reliable and resilient (challenging situations and conversations don-t scare you)
- fluent in French and English, German is an asset
