Site Supervisor (d) 100% What you will accomplish: Plan, organize, and supervise the work on the construction site until the acceptance stage. Supervise and motivate the teams to ensure quality, safety, deadlines, and efficiency. Find technical solutions in case of unexpected events or necessary adjustments. Collaborate closely with the project managers to ensure smooth communication between execution and compliance with standards, team safety, and a good atmosphere on site. What you need to shine: A diploma in construction (or equivalent) and confirmed experience in site supervision, ideally with a good command of spoken/written French, a sense of proactive and autonomous solution-finding in the face of challenges. Strong human skills: you know how to unite, listen, and advance a team.
