You manage quotes and specific requests with precision. You ensure quality communications with customers, by phone or email. You create personalized offers for our clients to ensure their satisfaction. You manage tools (Fidelio, Opera) efficiently. You ensure collaboration with other departments for optimal follow-up of files. Desired profile: You manage customer contact with elegance and professionalism. You autonomously handle your work while integrating into a cohesive team. You establish fluid communication in English, both written and spoken.
