HR Operations and Policy Management:
- Manage and update various HR plans, policies, and procedures across the organization.
- Ensure accurate maintenance and updating of HR information system records; generate necessary reports.
- Actively contribute to the creation and implementation of innovative personnel policies and procedures.

Talent Acquisition :
- Lead the talent acquisition process, ensuring effective and streamlined recruitment from start to finish.
- Facilitate a comprehensive onboarding experience for new employees, including overseeing immigration processes where applicable.

Employee Engagement and Relations:
- Be the primary point of contact for resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to management on HR case resolution.
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to enhance employee relations.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Oversee the monthly payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Regularly conduct benchmarking studies for salary and benefits to maintain competitiveness.
*

HR Projects:
- Work closely with the senior HR leadership to drive both group and localized HR initiatives.
- Manage and support diverse HR projects, including oversight of the HRIS system to optimize HR processes.

Description du profil :

* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in HR operations, particularly in payroll management in Switzerland
* Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data management.
* French and English fluency
