Your mission: You will be required to travel to various companies in the canton of Geneva to verify with employers under control that they comply with current regulations. Tasks: - You will conduct checks based on the annual payroll and the company's accounting.- You will verify the submitted salary elements, the accuracy of legal rates and the contributions to the professional pension fund (IPP) and the LAA insurer as well as Military APG.- You will reconcile the company's accounting with the amount of gross salaries annually declared by the employer to the AVS.- You will verify the dependent or independent status of insured persons according to AVS.- You will prepare control reports, documents, and calculate adjustments as well as interest.- You will assist affiliates and advise clients on procedures and profile matters.Profile:- You hold a university degree (HES) or equivalent.- You have several years of experience in accounting, fiduciary services, or in an auditing firm in Switzerland.- You have good knowledge in social security and AFP contributions as well as other dedicated tasks.- Your knowledge of German and/or English is an asset.- You are a Swiss citizen or hold a valid permit.Skills and competencies: - You possess excellent client management skills and have a strong interpersonal approach.- You are organized and detail-oriented.- You work autonomously while fostering teamwork and collaboration.- You demonstrate a high level of discretion.Offer: We offer you the opportunity to leverage your experience and skills within the largest AVS interprofessional fund in Switzerland.
